God gives every bird its food,
But He does not throw it into its nest.

Welcome, Inspired Traveler!

Sometimes, life seems full of challenges that stretch us beyond our limits and questions that are unanswerable. It is in those times that we need to find some space, take a deep breath, and sit in the stillness listening to those around us. And that, my friends, is not easy.

As a 21st Century leader, we often feel obliged to provide solutions on a moment’s notice and to figure it all out on our own. But it is most often in partnership with others that we find sustainable success. We must all do our part.

Trusting in the talents and gifts of those we work and live with requires faith and a deeply rooted belief in the power of partnership. The power to form diverse teams and resolve issues with inclusivity. When was the last time you spent individual time with those you lead listening to their voices and hearing their contributions from an open perspective?

Information, inspiration and innovation abound — but sometimes we have to reach for it. We have to do our part in bringing it to the center of the table. So — if we want to live an extraordinary life, we need to engage in extraordinary collaboration! Provoke! Learn! Inspire! Here are some thoughts to get you started:

  • How committed are you to searching out those who can strengthen your team?
  • What strengths do you need from others to balance the ones you possess?
  • How strong is your support network?
  • What one action could you take right now to make a difference?

Questions make us stronger when we ask them, share them and answer them honestly; we answer them honestly when we support the answers with actions. So, be brave! Reach out! The answers are there; we only need to be courageous enough to find them!

Have an Inspirational Day! Be Magnificent!
